We also support small trial orders for Amazon and DTC sellers testing new products -- contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sample lead times are typically 7-15 business days for standard products, and 15-25 business days for custom OEM/ODM designs. Bulk production lead times range from 25-45 days depending on order volume, product complexity, and material availability. We provide a detailed production timeline at the time of order confirmation to help you plan your inventory and launch schedule.
Do you offer private label and custom branding?
Yes -- private label and white label services are a core part of what we offer. We support full branding customization including logo placement, custom colorways, branded packaging, hang tags, instruction manuals, and retail-ready shelf packaging. We also offer multilingual label support for specific markets such as the Middle East (Arabic + English). Our team will work with your design assets or help develop packaging from scratch.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. For established long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible terms. We ship globally via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier depending on order size and urgency. We can ship DDP, FOB, CIF, or EXW based on your preference. FBA-ready carton labeling and preparation is available for Amazon sellers.
Can I visit your factory or showroom?
Absolutely -- we welcome factory and showroom visits by appointment. Our facility is located in Guangdong Province, China. Visiting allows you to inspect product quality firsthand, discuss customization options with our design team, and see our manufacturing processes. How do you ensure consistency between samples and bulk production?
Sample-to-bulk consistency is one of our core quality commitments. We use standardized material specs, production SOPs, and dedicated QC checkpoints at each stage of manufacturing. Before shipment, we conduct a final inspection against the approved sample. For large orders, third-party inspection services (such as SGS or Bureau Veritas) can be arranged at your request. We document all specifications in a product tech sheet that travels with every order.
