Our orthopedic dog mattress is assembled without adhesive between the main removable layers. The top fabric, 4D air fiber, coir-alternative padding and waterproof base can be separated from the mattress structure.

The glue-free build removes a common source of adhesive odor and keeps the internal construction visible after disassembly. Each component remains identifiable for cleaning, drying and reassembly.

For example, the S model measures 45 × 60 cm and is designed around the same fully removable four-layer structure as the larger sizes.

This construction gives Archova a clear product direction for washable mattress ranges where internal materials are part of the finished specification rather than permanently sealed inside the cover.

Beneath the 4D air fiber, Archova uses an eco-friendly coir-alternative padding layer.

The filling provides a medium support feel, adding body beneath the breathable upper layer without using a loose fiber-filled sleeping center.

The L model measures 70 × 90 cm and is recommended for dogs weighing up to 25 kg, with body length up to 78 cm.

The combined support layers create a structured flat mattress that remains open across the full surface and avoids the reduction in usable space created by thick surrounding bolsters.

The base uses an ultrasonic-quilted waterproof non-slip material.

The waterproof layer separates the mattress from moisture at floor level, while the non-slip finish adds grip on wood, tile, laminate and other smooth indoor surfaces.

The base extends beneath the full mattress footprint, including the 70 × 90 cm L size.
