The current product set shows grey-and-white, blue and white body directions, with grey or green running surfaces. Final color codes, resin matching and mat shades should be confirmed with the selected model and order quantity.

PP offers a different weight, packing and cleaning direction, while wood offers another look and structural format. Neither material is automatically better for every range. Compare verified diameter, stability, noise, surface grip, assembly, parts and landed cost by model.

Its segmented PP structure supports knock-down packing and can simplify relocation after disassembly. Do not drag or carry an assembled wheel by the ring unless the approved instructions allow it. Product weight and safe handling points remain model-specific.

Wobble can come from an uneven floor, an incompletely seated ring, a misaligned base, worn running parts or an out-of-round assembly. Stop use, check every connection and verify that the base sits fully level before allowing the cat back on the wheel.

Yes. Our current design uses separate removable mat sections inside the wheel. They can be inspected or replaced individually, while the exact attachment method and compatible replacement set should be recorded under one model code.

Remove loose hair first, take off the mat sections as instructed and wipe the PP surfaces with a pet-appropriate cleaner. Dry every component before reassembly. Do not soak the base or running mechanism unless the model-specific care guide expressly permits it.

Machine washing is not confirmed for the current mat. The fibre, backing, edge binding and attachment can react differently to heat and agitation, so use the approved SKU care method rather than applying one washing claim to every surface option.

Replacement-mat planning can be discussed for wholesale and private-label programs. Compatibility depends on the wheel generation, panel count, mat shape and attachment layout, so the replacement pack should carry the same model or version reference.

Any textile running surface should be checked for lifted edges, loose loops, fraying or exposed fasteners before use. Replace a damaged section and keep claws appropriately maintained. Archova does not apply a universal claw-proof or injury-proof claim to textile mats.
