No. Compact casters are available on selected models, while other versions use a different base. The SKU specification lists the caster count, wheel material, brake arrangement, floor-contact guidance and replacement availability.

Reposition the crate while it is empty unless the approved operating instructions expressly allow movement with a dog inside. Secure the caster base against unintended movement before the dog enters, especially on smooth or sloped flooring.

No. The range includes flat, ventilated and lift-up top structures. The 85 × 58 × 72 cm top-opening model uses two lift-up panels, including a 75 × 44 cm top-panel dimension. Other SKUs follow their own top configuration.

Top access makes bedding placement, interior setup and routine cleaning easier on compatible models. Overall cleaning convenience also depends on the base, tray, panel spacing and whether the top remains securely supported while open.

The tray-equipped compact model uses a pull-out bottom tray beneath a slotted floor. Tray size, removal direction and care instructions are listed for that SKU; flat-base and other structures do not automatically include the same feature.

Remove the dog, bedding and loose debris first. Wipe the molded panels, door, base and tray with a pet-appropriate cleaner, remove any residue and dry every surface fully before reuse. Clean hinges, ventilation slots and casters according to the SKU care instructions rather than soaking the assembled enclosure.

Long openings across multiple sides support everyday visibility and airflow. Place the crate away from excessive heat and direct sunlight, keep ventilation areas unobstructed and choose bedding that does not block the lower openings.

The flat furniture-style top can hold light decorative items within the approved SKU load guidance. Do not use the crate as seating, a step or a heavy storage surface. Retail listings should state the applicable top-use limit for the selected model.

This furniture-style range is designed for calm, crate-trained dogs and is not a chew-proof or high-security kennel. Persistent chewers, escape-driven dogs and dogs that repeatedly push doors or panels require a stronger purpose-built enclosure and appropriate behavior support.

It can suit an appropriately sized puppy or calm, crate-trained dog when introduced gradually and used with suitable supervision. A crate is not a treatment for separation anxiety and should never be used as punishment.

No. This range is designed as indoor crate furniture and includes open-top enclosure options. Airline cargo, vehicle restraint and transport use require a separate purpose-built travel crate that meets the applicable carrier and route requirements.

A cushion or crate pad is not included unless listed in the selected SKU specification. Archova can develop a compatible washable pad after the usable floor dimensions, door clearance and cleaning requirements are established.

The molded crate body does not require foam-expansion recovery after assembly. If a cushion is compressed and packed separately, its material-specific unpacking and recovery instructions are supplied with that accessory.

Yes. Private-label programs can review approved colors, logo positions, labels, instructions, retail packaging, clear-panel specifications and compatible hardware options. Molded branding and structural changes are subject to tooling, sampling and MOQ requirements.

MOQ depends on the base model, color matching, branding method, packaging artwork, component changes and size mix. Standard-model, custom-color, molded-part and printed-carton quantities are quoted separately when their requirements differ.

Yes, subject to current model availability. The sample specification records the exterior and interior dimensions, door and top structure, caster or tray configuration, color, material and packing method so the approved sample becomes the production reference.

A complete quotation should include the model code, exterior and interior dimensions, door opening, material specification, panel and top structure, caster or tray details, color, accessory list, assembly method, carton data, MOQ, sample cost and lead time. Separating these fields by SKU prevents features from one model from being carried into another product listing.
